Signature Art Blocks

Postby Rigil Kent » Fri Dec 22, 2006 4:59 am

Because this seemed the most appropriate location for this question, are they allowed? I added my Sig Art with an integrated hyperlink but wanted to double-check to see if they were officially allowed ...

Would be great if they were allowed, but there should be some rules as to how big they may be. Like not bigger than 300x100 or something like that, I know some BBS were people run around with 1000x1000 pictures in their signatures LOL

Thanks for reminding me Rigil - your sig will be fine. I need to think a little on what size to make the max allowable. Another forums I go on allows 700x200 but that's obscructing the post itself so... It'll be somewhere near the size you have to keep things civil.

Heh. This sig block is the small version of the one I use at WWBJ...

Question re: the top image. Shouldn't it be linked to the actual TriSilk page? Just curious...

Will my sig from WWBJB be fine too?

I'll probably wait until I get back to school to fix up my profile here though. Wink

You should be fine CX. I checked and your sig is actually slightly smaller (as far as height goes) than Rigil's.
Was this the army that invaded your country, ma'am? No, officer, they were taller than that...

How about this one? I'm not sure--get them to march up and down a bit...

So what is the classic banner size? Maybe I should try making one at some point?

From Elessar's board rules, boushh...

Do no use art signatures any larger than 100 pixels tall by 500 pixels long

Hope that answers the question. Smile
