I remember seeing the KFC commercial that only ran for a few days before getting pulled. There was so much outcry. A woman tells her husband that they will be eating healthy tonight and then pulls out a KFC meal. And he says something like, I can't eat that on my diet. And she says, Sure you can! I remember screaming in horror at that one. Apparently everyone else did too.

You know of Google Street View, right? Well, here in Sweden we have our own version of it with a company called Eniro, that also makes telephone catalogues. There has been some people getting upset at having their homes displayed like that for everyone to see, and this is what one of them did when he spotted one of their camera cars driving around - he mooned them, and now it's displayed online.

It's so cool how many English cognates there are in the language. It's like I can ALMOST read it, but not quite.

Love how KTR was the one to give us this . Whaddya do, boy? Google "bums (-homeless)" every day or something? You're awesome.

Here's some true randomness of my own:

My hallway console table is a nice waist-high white wooden one, about 4' by 1', with a glass top displaying some pretty shells and things inside the hollow tabletop.

But ATOP the table lies the following:

- one raincoat, size 4 yrs
- one 1/4" drill bit
- one pair of hallowe'en leopard ears on a headband
- one copy of Far Journeys by Robert A. Monroe
- one plastic snack bowl with lid, holding 2-day-old peanuts
- 2 Goody hair elastics
- one plastic travel pack of wipes
- one clean diaper
- my purse
- one copy of Grand Central Winter by Lee Stringer
- one pair of black stretch pants size 4 yrs
- one Thomas the Train Engine drum
- one Fisher Price stethoscope
- my favourite sweater
- one pair of jammies, size 18 mos
- 2 Elmer Go Paint! mess-free pens

and on the lower shelf:
- one box of toys
- one Bissell carpet cleaner

Wow that's a lot of crap. And yesterday afternoon it was clean. :explode:

Hey! In this case it was actually more of going through one of our largest newspapers, which I do because of work.

But I do google "bums" on occasion

The bat'leth bassinet was priceless. However I'm with Dis, number 6 is awesome. It's technically just a black british pram though. I could see Abby and McGee from NCIS (not shouting) that's the title... Using it.
