I wonder how many people died of bladder infections/kidney infections b4 antibiotics? Brrrr! What a hideous way to go!

The doctor said I have like bladder infection. Doesn't feel like bladder infection though :? :dunno: so now I'm on antibiotics. They wanted to draw blood too but I didn't let them  because I hate needles!!!     And they did an ultrasound and said the appendix and kidney and liver looked normal. Well and now I feel terrible from the meds  :( sigh. :?

Do you feel better now, TPoptarts? :)
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Okay this is not good:

Like today I went to the free clinic for a follow-up etc. I don't feel better :( AND now my poor little kidney hurts too.      Obviously they wanted to draw blood again and I freaked out and didn't let them. They gave me another antibiotic thingy to start after I finish the cipro. But they said they can't like sedate me or something to stick needles only the hospital can.

What pisses me off though is like how the doctor was like when I freaked out over the needle, like she tells me like to stop acting like a 2 year old child and start acting like an adult and stuff like that. Like what the frell. Why do people automatically relate needle phobia to childish behavior. And they're a clinic I'm sure I'm not the only one with needle phobia who goes there. What adults can't be scared?? You think I like being scared of the needles or that I don't realize how completely exaggerated beyond proportion this fear is?? I mean like there's a reason why it's called a phobia. And I'm sick of people scolding me for being "childish" just because I'm scared of needles.

It's difficult for me to answer you, because of what I am.
I prefer do not tell you anything, except for one thing: be careful!
Do not let you become bad because of your fear! :?

I used to give travel vaccines when I was in private practice, and I once had a severely needle phobic man who was offered a very lucrative job overseas but wasn't going to be able to take the job because he couldn't get the vaccinations required to enter the country. Xanax worked. He was so high his wife had to lead him into my office by the hand and then bring him home to sleep it off, but he managed SIX immunizations without panicking, so maybe you don't need anesthesia. Maybe you just need a little vitamin X. 8)

Yeah you told me about it. But the thing is I don't have anyone to lead me by hand anywhere and it's a long walk back from the free clinic and I'm scared I'm gonna walk in front of the bus if I'm on drugs (or any other dangerous situation that can happen during an hour's walk :? )

Maybe a little nitrous oxide? It sounds like you're going to end up in the hospital if you don't get some bloodwork done, T'PopTarts.

A taxi driver isn't gonna lead me like to the taxi and from the taxi to my building when I'm too drugged out to know what I'm doing. They're just gonna dump me in the middle of the street and go get more business. (Like if I actually manage to tell them where they're supposed to take me in the first place :? ) From experience. And like they can only drop me off like a block from my building because there's no road access. And I'm scared to be all drugged out in the street

Call your local health department. Sometimes they have home health programs where a nurse can come out and make a home visit. I have no idea what your financial or physical situation is, but it might possibly be worth the price of a phone call just to check.

Or if nothing else, maybe the hospital would let you take the pill after you got there, then sleep it off on a spare cot. Or a couch in the waiting room? I have spent many a night napping in the waiting room when someone in the family was going through surgery or dying. Why couldn't you spend some time napping in the waiting room while you wait for your medication to take effect and/or wear off?

I haven't seen any good taxi drivers around here :? :? they're all just in a hurry to get more business and they literally yell at people for "wasting their time" by not getting out of the cab fast enough and stupid dren like that. :? :(

And like I said I think the hospital is like the only option if I get drugged out or whatever before they draw blood. But then of course that's more medical bills. :? :(
