we just moved to the country and got 2 acres of insano rocky hill and forest. We like your flat acres Mitchell! Nice shiny new tractor!
How much do you sell a field of hay for? Or do you feed it to animals? What is the best kind of chicken?

My favorite chicken is this portobello mushroom chicken dish they serve at a local steak place (their steaks are ... mediocre). I think its grilled, not fried. Very tasty though.

My sis has 3 acres in the semi-country, and several Rhode Island Red-type hens and a huge, horrible BSL rooster. She gets huge, delicious brown eggs. Lots of them.
As to the other question: Pollo con Crema. Without a doubt.
