My very good friend BolianAdmiral from TBBS, who's a member here, had a pretty terrifying brush with death earlier today when he went in for a routine surgical procedure and had a severe adverse reaction to anesthetic and almost didn't make it

Thankfully, he pulled through OK and everything's expected to be OK for the future. I'm... not exactly an ultra religious person myself but I know that many of you are and I certainly believe in something and as it happens he's a very dear friend of mine so I was hoping you all'd keep him in your thoughts and prayers while he recovers and hopefully everything turns out alright Thanks everyone!

yeah it looks like he's going to be just fine - still has to go back in for the original surgery but they're going to do it differently.

Hey, my sincere thanks to everyone for the kind thoughts... I know this is late in the game, but I just "rejoined" this site after a long absence. When I first joined, I was gonna post a couple of my non-ENT stories, but due to simple laziness never did, lol. Plus I've been trying to find work, and working on other personal projects, etc. Anyway, I wanted to convey my thanks, even if it's late, because do not do so would be both impolite and wrong... so thanks, everyone!
