I'm jealous, T'Poptarts! When I tried to put the tips on, they just pop off! But yours do look like they're your own ears!

Thanks for the tip, Distracted (no pun intended!), I'm hie-ing myself to the store tommorrow night to try the liquid latex and will keep trying to rub that remover into the leftover stuff stuck to me

If she's not treatable, let the woman smoke. Why make her last 3 months miserable? If it's treatable, on the other hand, if she doesn't stop she's an idiot. Smoking reduces survivability after chemo and radiation. She might as well just put a bullet in her brain.

What amazed us all was that she hadn't even gotten the results yet-- my mother said that the woman had made the announcement defiantly. Maybe it was denial? Kind-of like a brave comment one would make? But it was still really sad to hear. We see our surgeons face the same things with smokers who need spinal fusions-- they'll be refused and refused (because of the strong possibility of poor fusion and general bad compliance post-op) and instead of stopping smoking, they'll go until they find a surgeon who'll operate on them. :( All for what? *sigh* Sometimes I think I care waaaaay too much.

When people are really really miserable and scared, they say and do some stupid things. I bet she'll reconsider.

You're like a muskrat in laura ingalls wilder's book The Long Winter. Pa says if it's going to be a hard winter, muskrats know to build their houses extra thick even before the cold weather comes.

We'll call you Musktchell.

You are probably right about the weather, Mitchell. Being a farmer, you must live by it and know the signs, even the ones you don't bring quite into conscious memory. Based on your hunch, I will be getting my heaviest winter clothes ready right now!

Buuny's having a bad day, Evcake? Aw, poor, poor, little thing! Let me wrap you up in a warm blanket and rock you to sleep. Here is a nice little lettuce treat to make you feel better.

No?...Its a Human that is having the bad day? Neh, too bad.
Working on a major fan fic project. Two-thirds done. Hope to put it up in the not TOO distant future.

oooohhhhh... motion sick. Had to take the train into NYC and back today for a training class, and the building where I took the class (near the Empire State Bldg) shook most of the time because of the subway running under it.

I'm so glad that I'm a suburban girl... poor tummy...

Bad news is, that was half the download rate. :(
