Oh did I "sound" snippish? I didn't mean too. I am just surprised to see a baby with dyed hair. But I think it's more of the shade that shocks me you know... So vivid. I think she's adorable. But every time I see her my first thought is "What is wrong with my moniter" then I remember and go "AWWWWWWWWWW SO ADORABLE" Sorry if I offended.

LOL, WarpGirl, you were not snippish. I was just explaining the hair because everyone asks. It is kind of unusul, I guess, for a girl so young to have dyed hair. I think the teenagers are planning GREEN hair for her next.

I LOVE your pictures, Linda! Your home looks very cozy and I love that built-in in your dining room. And what a nice looking family. If I were oh, about 20 some years younger I'd have a mad crush on your Dylan for sure! What a cutie.

I just came back from a Christmas party in a mansion. My husband teaches class at a women's college and so we got invited to the President's mansion for the Christmas party. You know: the 15ft high real indoor tree and the fire in the fireplace, and everyone dressed in tasteful, funky outfits with great jewelry. I was so tempted to pull out the phone camera and start clicking, but I didn't want to look like a tourist. I should get my Thanksgiving pictures up.

Aw darn, I would love to have seen photos of that party in the mansion. Maybe next year, just get a couple of photos, like you, your husband, and the college president in front of that 15 foot tree. You would not look like a tourist too much that way, I think.

Is it me, justTripn, or your husband is wearing a sweatshirt with the symbol of the Green Lantern? Or am I imagining things?

Very nice family photos, JT! Grandma is so tiny next to the boys. I know the feeling when grandkids tower over you, LOL.

Yes, that's a Green Lantern sweatshirt. My husband is really into comics and used to write comics (never sold a story but came *this* close ) and one of his friends from the neighborhood is in fact a comic book artist who used to make big bucks doing that. His friend in the picture I think also might have been involved with comics.
