You ate a jar of Nutella? How was it?
Ever had Ephemere sauce?
I have a Cannonb A300, but I've lost the USB cord.

It's flavored with passionfruit
an appropriate ingredient, don't you think?

Nah I didn't eat the whole jar, there was only enough left in it for like 2 sandwiches. (Well I guess 6 sandwiches but I crammed it into 2 ) Never had Ephemere sauce
Oh and guess what, I just found a camera USB cord yesterday. So like now that I got my camera I have 2 USB cords. Do you want one of them?

yay!
I just passed my placement test for college I don't have to take all the extra classes.
I scored 110% in English, but only 85 in math.

Yes!
Congrats!
Congrats!
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four
And here is the beginning of the whole story.
But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

My friend has the exact same camera! He's (his bro, actually) dropped it loads of times but it still workey! Have fun with yours. (And dont become a photographer, I had to chase a "santa" on a bloody great trailer in the p*ssing rain and freezing cold with my 400D. Not. Fun.)

CONGRATS, that is a huge relief, let me tell you. If you're in a math-related field (any science, engineering, comp sci, or math) you'll have less trouble having to take Calc 1/2 in college (which I have been informed is somewhere between being drawn & quartered and an acid bath). If you're not in one of those related fields, it's just a huge pain in the ass you don't have to deal with, so congrats!
What were you able to opt out of by doing that? College Algebra/Trig/Calc1/Calc2 ? When I started as a freshman I failed the Trig. placement test (which normally means you have to take a "refresher" course (trig with a firehose) but I aced the Calc 1/2 placement so they waived it. Whew!
Just about everybody fails the trig placement here... It's insanity.

Re: The Happy News thread
For many this might go in the "Whine Thread", but I loved it
Saturday I went on a hike for a pool event with the Marine Corps and all the Lts and GSgt's in the area. I went on one of these last year in December and I was shocked and motivated by the experience of a 5 mile hike in 28 degrees and heavy snow over rough and hilly terrain with a bunch of Marines.
THIS TIME HOWEVER! I was shocked and shocked and MORE shocked to experience an 8.2 mile hike in 30 degrees and RAIN and ICY MUD with a 30 lb pack and soaking clothes and shoes that sprung a leak, on the same rough and hilly terrain . It was pretty badass.
Oh and I saw something I'd never seen before that I meant to ask Dis about... a blue blister, . I thought maybe my blister got frost bitten, but according to my buddy it's not the end of the world.
It kinda hurts though.
Oh and I lost a toe-nail. (but that was later). And I got a new USMC beanie cover.
Oorah.
