I saw that one, he looked like he's been working out more lately. Not that I'm complaining, YUM!

When I saw him at the convention he looked very fit, that's for sure.

Have we ever seen him when he didn't look like he'd been working out? WARNING: THIS IS A RHETORICAL QUESTION! If somewhere in between all the conventions where he looked great, he gained weight for role, I don't want to know!

It was nice to see Connor again he looked good.I can't blame him for firing his manager and wanting larger roles in tv and movies .

I overslept five hours today while having a disturbing dream about someone in one of my classes (no, I'm not in school yet and it was no one I really know, my brain's just making things up) being trapped in a car that was about to be crushed at a junkyard. Must be pre-college-reentry anxiety...

I spent the entire day searching out college scholarships. I got through half of one of those phone book sized books that lists them today.

I'm dizzy now.

Taught my first class today. It's almost all young guys majoring in criminal justice (i.e. hoping to be cops). One of the few girls already tried to suck up to me in her first writing assignment by referring to the cool stuff she's heard about "Professor H." Seeing as how I haven't taught in 20 years, I'd say she's busted. Definitely check out the history of your instructors before sucking up, people!

One guy asked how he could possibly do the reading before the next class when he didn't have the books yet.

Oh, this is going to be fun. 8)

Welcome to college life Alelou! Right now I'm in the computer room is my Grammy's apartment building finally able to have a thought to myself. Honestly I'm this close to going nuts. I hope I can get home and be able to talk to you all soon. And I miss my cat.

Well I dreamed I took my dog Leela off to college. In my dream she was a talking dog. *sigh*

Just this morning.
About a bunch of minor characters no less.

As if it's not bad enough that I'm already working on 6 fics out of the who knows how many of them I came up with already. They just keep coming.

Hera help me. :? :banghead: :explode: :faint:

So you're back to teaching again then, huh, Alelou? Three of our employees are going to the college you're teaching at. Wonder if any of them are taking your class? Unlikely, I suppose.

JT... taking your dog to school? She couldn't do that. She needs you. I usually just dream really weird things like the one I had about a neighbor boy sitting at our table eating yogurt. Strange. :?

 Funny, but also kind of sad.

Yeah, it is sad. I get the feeling this is this girl's strategy for getting through life.

Couldn't tell you even if I did have those students, Bether. Health care has HIPPA and education has FERPA.

My oddity of the day was that my 7:30 am class was well-attended, but nearly half of the 9am class never showed. It may be because finding a parking spot at the college is nearly impossible by then.

Argh. Parking. It seems to be a universal problem. Every year it gets worse. Now the lot I park at is nearly full when I arrive when it used to be at less than half capacity at most.

I guess it would be worse, though, without our relatively new 25 mile rule for freshman. They have to live in a dorm if their home isn't within 25 miles of the campus.

I feel sorry for anyone that has to get up for that.
