I wish I could give you a dishwasher! You're a lovely person Panyasan and you deserve a dishwasher. But what would I do when I'm shaking so badly I couldn't wash the dishes myself? And I have a tendency to burn myself often...

I don't mind loading the dishwasher. I don't mind unloading it. It's going to load it and finding it's full (of clean dishes, especially) and no one has bothered to unload it though I know it's not been run in hours that gets to me. I really hate that.... but I never had normal responses to these sorts of things either, so...

I put off unloading mine simply because it takes days for me to use enough dishes to load it. I also hate folding clean laundry. Why? I'm not good at it. No matter how hard I try it looks sloppy. And I hate sloppy.

You both should give your muses chocolate! Usually works for mine. Or I give her a dose of some sort of hotness, Like Bones or The West Wing. Aaron Sorkin is a pretty inspiring wordsmith. Even if he only dealt with ST once in TWW episode Artic Radar. But he inspires me to use my words.

Thanks for the offer, but really I just need to plow through it. Sometimes just sitting down and forcing myself to write, even when the muse is MIA, gets the creative juice pump primed again. Usually I have to rewrite that stuff (or throw it out completely) but it works. I just don't have time this weekend to do it. I need to get some writing done after this last week of "blahs".

Discipline! It's a matter of discipline. Writing even when I don't much feel like it.

And yes, I live in the high desert. The elevation here is quite high, but it's still the desert.
