There is always the temptation to blame yourself. But there is a limit to how much a parent can do for a child. Especially if there is a physical cause. Right now you are doing the best thing possible, getting her in to see the professionals who can diagnose and treat her. Just make sure to be there and stay on top of what happens with her. That's all any parent can do. Plus, it might not be autism. It could be something else. Or something else could be aggravating the problem that might be easier to fix. You won't know until they finish checking. Keep the faith. You are getting her the help she needs. That's all you can do. Plus loving her and praying.
