A rare TV footage of last weks game of my hometown club FC Magdeburg. I was in the Stadium. Beginnig at 1:32, we were having an absolute ball. Somewhere in that mob a slightly fat Kotik was hopping up and down singing very loudly

A couple of years back, when I first baught a car in Russia, I thought the insurrance agent was trying to BS me, when he required an in-car camera to be installed. I later learned that it is actually required by Russian law

Don't worry it's not blood and gore, just some of the most dumbfounding stupidity you've ever seen. And this is the 'light version'. In siberia, where we were living, things are a lot worse as usually at any given time more than a third of the drivers on the road are in fact hogwashly bladdered

This is what they see on TV, or is this pirated junk on the web? Why not remove the original actors' voices?
It's more accurate to call this a simultaneously translated version than a dubbed one, surely?
On the plus side, I guess they can learn a little English as they watch. AND they know what the real actors sound like.
You can adjust to anything, though. I watch the season 5 stuff on the web, which is just stills and captions with some music, and it sometimes feels like a real episode. ST before the talkies came along...
