Oh, good for you Elessar! Yes, that is probably college town pricing. When it grad school, it's always good to have an escape from your house and the library to clear your head. Getting out to a gym is perfect for that, plus you might meet some interesting people! You made a good choice.

My happy news: I managed to do a full crow position in yoga for the first time this morning. I was not as elegant as the model in this picture, but you get the idea.

NICE! I want to start yoga, I've heard serious feedback about the positive effect it can have on improving overall joint strength and flexibility in conjunction with a workout, even from Marines

Oh start! Yoga is helpful for everyone. Plus, good for guys for meeting hot women as women still outnumber men in classes.

Seriously, it improves balance, flexibility and strength - and you stretch and strengthen muscles you didn't even know you had. It's very hard to begin but totally worth it. Even if you just do it casually, you'll find yourself using the postures and breathing in your daily life.

Even though I have a day job, I'm considering getting certified as an instructor - just to kick up my practice to the next level.

Well, I don't have my certificate, yet! But, by the time we have a TriS con, I may well have it and I'd be happy to put on a workshop.

In the meantime, definitely check out what's available near you. I'm a big yoga evangelist! Most everyone can benefit.

I love yoga, wish I had time to do it. My brother in law is a Bikhram Yoga Instructor.

I am working as an extra on Fox's cop drama "Ride Along" again tomorrow.

The show doesn't premiere until January.

In his head there have been at least 6 triscons, and he lost an onstage drinking game to Menina Fortunato at four of them.
