Where are your avatars?

On a lot of posters I see no avatars. Instead it's just text that says: "user avatar".
I suppose they got lost somewhere during the upgrade. But anyway, I miss seeing them, so plaese do whatever has to be done. It's confusing seeing so many "naked" posters!
