Hey girl was that at me or T'Pol crying over "Dances With Wolves?" If the latter I have to agree, I mean yeah her trellium abuse (major flaw) screwed her up but not that badly. Unfortunately I found another flaw of Trip's tonight... He tends to lie by omission if he fears being rejected, and he assumes that he will be way too easily. Poor Trip, Poor T'Pol such lousy communication skills.

Well, by the time of that Babel arc, the poor guy does have some reason to assume he will be. He's one hurting puppy.

Yeah I know but what does lying get him. Nothing more pain and a wicked headache from that bond. Honesty is always the best policy.

Well yeah, obviously, but it's also a TV show trying to maintain the suspense in that relationship. Maddeningly so...

Well too be fair since *the_abomination* isn't real the relationship to me isn't THAT frustrating. Stagate SG-1 holds that dubious honor. Almost 15 years 10 seasons 2 movies and counting and Jack and Sam STILL aren't together! Really if you think about it Trip and T'Pol aren't so hopeless. I really don't mind the angst, I'm just trying to figure out why the couple have to be idiots to achieve it.

I watched "the Aenar" last night and was really impressed with how Connor Trineer played Trip. Very convincing. He is really such a good actor. He looked SO DARN miserable! Defeated. I just wanted to hug him All I could think of at that point was poor Trip!!!!

Oh they're all good actors, well not (Bakula) but really they had some amazing talent on that show. CT and Jeffery Combes continue to constantly astound me. I also think that when she's playing an actual Vulcan JB gives nuances that only Mark Leanard and Lenard Nimoy achieved. No doubt they're good. Too bad 99% of their material was garbage. Although some concepts were good.

About T'Pol's flaws, well I wish she had learned that logic is 80% subjective when it comes to your personal life. But alas they kind of forgot about the KirShara. She was supposed to be re-evaluating her entire belief system and all we got was "Wait until I finish Charles." And he didn't even take it as that! Still would a little hint of all that soul-searching be remiss? Ug I'll drive myself crazy pondering the missed oppertunites of this series!

Oh heck yeah. Compared to the X-Files, TnT went at it like bunnies and had a lot less time to be total idiots about each other and the universe. Thank God.
