Tell ya one thing. It really helps to write one-word titles. I think I might try to do it from now on. No more Commander Tucker Does Something That Goes On and On titles from me.

Yes, I agree. You must keep the "Commander Tucker ____(fill in the blank)____ titles!! That's a big part of what catches my attention about your stories in the first place!

Well, but seriously. That series is pretty much done, I think. I filled in the blanks. I stuck with the one POV in each story, which is part of the deal with that (though I broke my own rule in the epilogue). I can't imagine what else to do with it. Maybe something in an earlier season will occur to me as I slowly work my way through but if I'm staying canon-friendly, which is the other rule I set for myself on that series, it can't be anything that's too TnT. And what the heck am I here for if not that?

I do kind of wish my user name was Alelouya. I use that on photobucket. It's one of the more pleasing religious concepts. It also sounds female, to help out Buurman. But it makes me sound far more religiously observant than I happen to be at this point in my life. Plus I'd have to disappear during Lent.

Little by little, imperceptibly, I, too, I'm uncoiling the hank of my own thread through the Trip and T'Pol's relationship. I'm not as logical as Alelou is, I'm jumping madly here and there, but if you read my stories, you can notice a strand which binds all of them (also those which are coming). And this strand - could you believe? - is friendly-canon. More than you can think.

Reading it, I was having flashbacks to Connor's question and answer sessions at the conventions. I think Elessar has a photographic memory/imagination. Or maybe I can just project Connor/Trip into that scene. Read it and tell me what you think.

Beyond Death

"Beyond Death" is great for people like me, who have a short attention span. We get short scenes from each of the key episodes, but with an AU twist. In particular, Archer really dies in the episode, "Twilight" and T'Pol takes over as Captain. The result is satisfiying Trip and T'Pol romance, in a set of stories that SOMEHOW replicates the spirit, if not the plotline, of each of the key episodes.

Wait till you see chapter 6 of "Your Mom and Me." It's all action and it reads like you're watching a movie. (You can see it as soon as Elessar posts it.) OH! And it reads like you are watching a STAR TREK movie, for instance the Soren/Picard showdown in Generations.
