Jolene Blalock gets recurring role in Legend of the seeker

Maybe I've been looking in the wrong places, and not that it matters really if the show's been canceled, but has anything ever been said about why Jolene was replaced?

Not a word. Reviews were decidedly mixed about the replacement - and there were rumors that Jolene would return to the role - but obviously not going to happen now. At least she got trip to New Zealand.

I hate to see a good genre show - at LoS was pretty good - not be able to survive. Smaller cult shows - whether they be Whedon shows or Trek shows - or shows like LoS - are really having a hard time finding footing in the new TV landscape.

Unless you're a JJ Abrahams show or have sexy vampires, you are not going to survive.

Flash Forward and V - both struggling. SG: Universe is struggling.

I don't think expectations were that high for Caprica - but it is not getting even the critical love that the BSG reboot did (which it only deserved for the first two years anyway).
