Well, let me clarify. You still need to press enter once to get to the next paragraph. You just need to avoid pressing that extra enter that gives you even more space BETWEEN paragraphs. Because whatever they are using to convert the text here will read that as yet another paragraph and give it lots of space.

The default settings in Word 2007 give you 10 pts of space automatically between paragraphs; this is a real switch from the old version.

I use Open Office, because after my computer crash all my Windows applications have disappeared. I only press one enter after a paragraph (I think , most of these things you do without thinking), but I will keep it in mind with my next chapter. Thanks.

Oh no it's not that I found the E2 universe depressing. I just didn't like Lorian or the other characters in the episode. I didn't even like old T'Pol. It has nothing to do with people who write it, I just didn't like the characters of the universe AT ALL.
