I'm guessing that Florida wasn't one of the places... it'd pain Rigil to hurt his Gators.

Hmm. Why did the Romulan warn them away? That doesn't make sense. I'm perplexed.

Yikes. All I have to say is, Rigil, you better not kill off Malcolm Jr. And I mean it!!!!

Gainesville's already gone. The Xindi zapped it. Bastards...

He was paying homage to the crew who had beaten him, fair and square. They took everything he dished out and still beat him. So, he was being honorable ... in a way.

Um ... Junior was graduating from Starfleet Academy the day after the final scene of Elysium ...

Phew.

Incidentally, I couldn't get the site to show me what the Romulan words meant.

Shock OH God please let the targets be Paris, an San Francisco.

Gowd knows the Rommies would then be helpin to make the Trek Future Earth a better place. Cool

Rolling Eyes Yeah I know. It really cant be either ot those two rat infested holes.

Anywhos. Awesome scenes man. Its like watchin/err readin a kick ass Sub book. Cool Only better, an cooler.
I continue to love that yer ships dont just have energy/beam weapons, torpedos, Hull plating, an sheilds, an thats it. Your more firmly placed in reality then Trek's PTB ever were.

Very Balance of Terrorish there at the end with the Rommie Commander. Smile

Confused Ok the part where T'pol was goin through the calculations through her head an puttin the result on the screen, while Trip couldnt keep up. Was this done specificly to show how freakin more inteligent/fast a Vulcan mind is/ment to be? Cause Honestly I was left here thinkin "Is this the same Trip?" As the guy who rewrote the laws of physics, an Warp theory inorder to travel through the Expance, all in What one sleep deprieved night. Confused

Not pickin here man. Loved the scene,,Just seems kinda odd to me to. Since I figure if anyone on the ship would know what, an how she's doing something,, it Be Trip(even with out the bond). Cause it seemed pretty often when it came to a problem they were more often then not on the same page.

Anywhos,, loved it all. An I cant wait to see who got nuked. Evil Monkey But man if one hit in PA,,, Im comin for ya. Raspberry
TnT I love em. Very Happy

She was focusing entirely upon her specialty, not his, which is why he was lost. Trip is an engine guy, not a Science! guy. But yes, part of it was intended to reflect how fast the Vulcan mind is capable of processing information.

Hey, I kindda like Paris. Got good memories in that city... And I'm kindda hoping tennis is still around in these futuristic ages Rigil writes about, with age-old Slams and all. Laughing

I'm waiting just as much as everyone is to see if my department got vaporised.

hmm a warp specialist has to also be a scientist with the understanting of physics, quatnam mechanics ect needed..

he couldnt have done what he did in anomaly if he wasnt.

I doubt it would be Paris since it becomes the seat of the Federation President.

I was, and I find what he said very appropriate. It's too bad he had to die, since he's noble and all.

But, But, but it totaly dosnt deserve to be the seat of the Federation President. Rolling Eyes Ok if any city deserves to be the Seat of that Gowdawefull, Hippy Government, then it would be Paris.

Exactly my thinkin. That an the Cheif engineers on Trek always seems to be "Masters of all trades, Jacks of none"
(Trip is the only senior officer to have been shown manning an operating every single bridge station). Its just that Warp theory, an all things warp involved are a Cheif engineer's passion.

But since Science is quite obviously T'Pol's passion, I can see her being quicker then him in this instance, partly cause she's Vulcan to. But that has more to do with her mental training/discipline, rather then the Idea that their inteligence is lightyears ahead of Humans. Especialy when takin someone like Trip into account.

Did you miss this part of my reply?

Cool I'm well aware of how smart Tucker is, but in this case, T'Pol was analyzing and formulating a course of action as quickly as she could and it's my assessment that the Vulcan brain is much faster than a human. Even one like Trip's.

Smile Don't worry tennisgirl the sport of tennis is alive and well in the future in several Ds9 episodes Bashir mentions he was a Tennis Player and liked the sport he kept up with the tennis tournaments and mentions it more than once. It seems the Vulcans have taken up the game of tennis Laughing .Now back to Rigil's story I loved how T'Pol was logically figuring out the calculations faster than Trip could Comprehend. I wonder what cities got hit by the Fission bombs.
