Maybe that's what B&B meant about this being a perfect role for him. One where he gets paid and doesn't have to show up. If that's not it I'M more confused about how those two think than before. And yes he is listed as being on next week, but I'm not holding my breath. I watch the show anyway, so it would just have made it more enjoyable if CT had had a decent role for 1-2 weeks.

I was just at the 24 site checking to see if there was any reason to think CT would be on tonight (beats me, but I ain't gonna waste more time on this), when I noticed this in the episode synopsis:

Olivia recommends a man named Rick Berman from the private sector to replace Ethan Kanin as Chief of Staff. President Taylor says that she wants Olivia to be the provisional Chief of Staff during the search.

Who do we get next? Press Secretary Brannon Braga? What's the President's first name, Jeri??? She WAS Brannon's boss. LOL. And isn't Ethan Kanin the guy who plays the Ferengis? What is this, a Star Trek crossword puzzle?

I wonder if his Hollywood stock would go up if we wrote and told them he was the only reason we watched their lousy show???

Once again they referred to his character. The sleazy reporter said he was friends with the Port Authority Cop who saw the fight between Tony & Jack and the bad guys at the docks. Referring to him, however is not the same as seeing that handsome face of his. *sigh*

In that same scene when they talked about a new chief of staff, the president suggested a Bob Justman for the job. Justman was one of the main producers of TOS. So that's another Trek reference.

Going by that it was the president's daughter who suggested Berman, I'll say that's a fair indication that she's evil!
