Re: Did T'Pol NEED the Trellium D?
Put yourself in T'Pol's position here. She's the only Vulcan on a ship full of emotional Humans. Earth has just been attacked, so strong emotions are probably bombarding her on all sides every waking hour. She has left the Vulcan High Command to follow Archer into the Expanse. Her report card back h...

Re: Did T'Pol NEED the Trellium D?
She didn't "need" it to be with Trip, but I think it probably enhanced the experience. With Tolaris, she was curious and that ended badly. That experience would certainly make her wary. I'm not sure that T'Pol didn't become addicted as soon as she spent time on the Seleya. I don't think sh...

Re: The Happy News thread
Congratulations, Aquarius! I think an A- in chemistry is phenomenal. I envious that you got to take yoga. It sure beats the "Fundamentals of Movement" and square dancing that we got stuck with in college.

Re: Status and Support
Opening yourself to criticism is certainly the downside of doing anything creative. I guess the best thing you can do is consider the source. My guess is that your critic is one very unhappy person who believes in spreading the misery around. He would probably give Michaelangelo's David a bad review...

Re: The Theory Behind A Human/Vulcan Child
I always figured that the whole key-lime-pie business was just a writer's tool to reinforce the idea that Sim and Trip were two different people.

You're looking for "Starting at Zero," a far superior story to Stormfronts I & II.

Re: Status and Support
Don't try to write funny. It's the situation people find themselves in, the things that happen to them and the way they respond that's funny. The classic comedians like Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, Red Skelton, etc. just set their characters in everyday events. The way they interacted with the wo...

Re: Would TnT have kept their relationship to themselves?
I would say that proximity is a major issue here. Starfleet could control the media for events happening in the other shows because the events took place somewhere in space. Demons and Terra Prime happened on or near Earth. It would be impossible to keep a lid on an event that is televised to the pe...

Monday, my computer decided it was a good day to die. I swallowed hard and bought a new one. Now I'm trying to get everything set up again. Why can life never be simple.

For my family, it was just a traditional ham dinner and a quiet day together.
Just out of curiosity, does anyone celebrate Dyngus Day? It's the day after Easter.

Oh my gosh! Transwarp, I can't imagine trying to recreate something I'd written. Once it was gone... Wow! You're a brave, brave man. If I had any influence with Daniels, I'd use it. Good luck.
