You need like a Photobucket account or something to upload the image to and then you copy the image url and embed it in the post with the [ img ] tags.

Here's one for the Coitus series. Freaky, kind of looks fitting. I haven't altered it at all.

It's the E.P. cover for some musician called "or Not!" and this is "The Triplet E.P.".

But now it's the cover for Coitus Conceptus.
