OK, a bit late as usual but here is the first instalment of the 2013 Babes calendar. This year I decided to forego the genre aspect and chose some babes that aren't necessarily known for being in science fiction or fantasy.
Let's kick it of with some royal Persian quality - Sarah Shahi!

I discovered her in a cop show called
Life that also starred Damien Lewis. She was then in the (now cancelled)
Fairly Legal. Apparently she was also in
The L World according to some screencaps I've seen. To my knowledge she hasn't been in anything genre related.

February belongs to Lyndsy Fonseca, who stars as Alexandra Udinov on the TV show
Nikita, and I think it's a shame that she doesn't get enough attention.

She's adorable.... and she can kick serious butt!
I had a
Nikita marathon last week, just because of her (although Maggie Q, the titular character, ain't too shabby either).

Whoa. The top two on the right are a surprise. I had no idea she'd done anything so suggestive. How old is this girl. anyway? The character she played in Hunger Games was 16.

She's a safe 22 years old...
I don't recall if they aged up Katniss in the movie, but she didn't look 16 to me there.

No surprise there. Hollywood has a long tradition of casting twenty-something's as teenagers.
