Right, that proves it, he is you. Or any other red-blodded male.

You'd think they'd hire a leading man that would attract some audience as well. I don't find that guy attractive. Confused

And yeah, Elessar is better looking than leading dude there...

Actually, the leading man wasn't him, it was James Marsters (Spike from Buffy).

I don't know...he doesn't appear to have a really sculpted body. Not to be mean. Just an observation.

Jolene is just a natural beauty, isn't she?

lol, I'm confused - not offended - but confused. Are you saying he has a sculpted body and I don't - or I do and he doesn't? Laughing

Cuz he looks pasty and soft. Not sure I'd ever call him scupted Raspberry Wink

Well, I haven't seen yours, obviously. Laughing He (the actor) definitely does not look like he's been blessed in the arms/shoulders/chest department, but he could still be a nice fellow. Even if he is gahing at Jolene for this entire movie. I guess I wasn't so much comparing him to you as I was just making an observation about him (the actor). This talking thing is tough for me, you know? I'm still working on it. Confused

Well, we all watched this one last night. It was interesting to say the very least. Shock Shock I might also add that unless you are a HUGE Jolene Blalock fan, you just might want to skip this one. It mainly left me thinking WTF. The main dialogue consisted of these 4 words. "Take off your clothes!"

Maybe there is hope for us amateur writers...

JB, of course, was beautiful, as always.

^^It was "indeed" interesting. What would have made it more comical is if the writers actually had JB say the word "indeed" after someone suggested she take off her clothes for the umpteen time. Laughing

She actually did the brow thing a couple of times that I noticed. In fact, she acted like T'Pol in many ways (well she didn't take her clothes off like T'Pol). Instead of the Decon Chamber w/ Trip, it was the Padded White Room with Spike (or what was his name?). Man, when I saw that one scene where her and the guy w/ the glasses were running down the hall to get away from the shadow and JB is screaming her head off, I almost died there, too funny. Laughing

Then there was the one scene where the whole cast is in a room and it seemed for almost a 1/2 a minute they all kept looking at each other; this is when my hubby was saying out loud, "Is it my line? No, it's your line. Wait, no, it's your line next" to fill in their expressions. It was very funny at the moment, you'd have to be there.

I think this film will someday be considered a cult classic, like Rocky Horror Picture Show, but amongst all of us TnTers. We'll gather each con to watch "Shadow Puppets" and shout out sarcastic lines at the film. I use to go to the Rocky Horror Picture Show (for about 4 years in a row every Saturday) and had a blast. I even acted it out with the cast sometimes and would win the costume contests. We had a whole bunch of lines to yell back at the film and sing along to.

It's too bad they didn't make "Shadow Puppets" a musical, that would have been "indeed" more interesting. Laughing

Y2Kelly's husband was hilarious. After the cast slunk around the place (a dark jail/gymnasium/insane asylumn?) in their underwear for about half an hour looking around corners without saying anything, they finally stumble upon some kind of lab with a clipboard and some paper.

Y2Kelly's husband: "We found the script!"

OK, I found a site that has made a lot of screencaps of Jolene from this movie, including some nice bum shots!

I watched this over the weekend. It was...underwhelming. I paused the movie when they were in the locker room and were reading their admitting charts. They were all admitted under the auspices of "Division31". Ms. Blalock's admitting physician was Dr. McCoy. "Damnit, I'm a doctor not a screenwriter." One of the others was admitted by Dr. Lector. Another was admitted by Dr. Menger (Mengele, perhaps?)

I think Tony Todd racked the slide on the Beretta about three times without ever firing a round, but I was too busy counting "T'Pol facial expressions" to keep track of both. :)

Well, son of a gun, back to the butterbar.
