Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that I opened a new website for my fakes at http://home.comcast.net/~shadyladyfakes/ - as I make new fakes they will be posted there, and you can also see my old fakes from 2005 or so there too.

Okay, two warnings about my website:

1. Despite having made several fakes several years ago, I am still a raw newbie when it comes to faking and as such, my artwork there probably sucks pretty bad (and I'll be the first one to admit that too, LOL!). My apologies for that, but I tried my best on those fakes, and please keep in mind that I'm new and still learning how to do this and hopefully in time I will learn how to do it better in the future.

2. While there is no explicit or 'full frontal' nudity, I do artwork that occasionally is on the "mildly R rated side", so if that would offend you, please don't go there.

Glad you liked it. Yeah, when I seen that picture of a lady meditating with her guy in the background, it just screamed TnT to me.

If you don't have access to your old site any more, it might be a good idea to download the pictures you have from there and upload them to your new site. It would be a shame to lose them if the old site disappears completely.

Oh and by the way - there are more than seven daises there.

Thank you for the great advice there, I think I'll do that just to be on the safe side. I don't know what is going on with my friend who is hosting my old webpage on her site - Gilly's the master artist who taught me how to make fakes, if I'm doing anything right, I owe it all to her. Anyway, once upon a time, she used to be my closest friend online and now I've sent her several "Are you okay?" emails she hasn't answered and I'm still waiting to hear how her Christmas and New Year's were. And it's not just me either, I've posted on the VAMB forum (a place like this here for Voyager fans) asking if her numerous other friends there have heard from her recently and if so, if they would please ask her to email me. She's one of the moderators there (in their artwork area) and a Vice Admiral with over 3,500 posts, yet she hasn't posted there since December 18th and despite her having alot of friends there, I haven't heard from her yet, so I have no idea what's going on there at all, I just pray she's alright and didn't disappear for a bad reason.

Yeah, Seven has a few more than seven daisies there. I seen that on a wallpaper website years ago and thought it was cute.

Ahhh, I hope I'm not going to piss you off, but I'll pass on that idea (it's nothing personal at all, I've just had assorted different troubles dealing with more explicit fakes in the past and really don't want to go there again, LOL!).

I don't know where they got these humungous ultra high resolution, ultra nice promo quality pictures, but that Russian website is definately the best place I've ever seen online for TV actors and actresses pictures. Too bad this guy is not a trekkie though (there's quite a few pics from TOS, but thats all, period), but at least he left the back door to his site open for easy access to those incredible pictures of people from many different TV shows. (Just don't bother following the directory tree up to the main page though, I did - but it's written in Russian (at least I think it's Russian anyway).

Anyway, I'm sorry about not removing daisies off that Seven fake, but I hope you'll find other pictures you like on these links.

Okay, sorry I misunderstood you there, I do that alot with folks (since I'm about as socially awkward as Data was and often don't know how to take things).

You're more than welcome for the links! Glad you found some Alyssa Milano pics you wanted on the SexyDesktop site there, thats great news! You might also want to check out the following link for Charmed on that Russian website listed below - they've got 4 posters, 80 wallpapers and roughly about 300 cast photos between the different seasons of her show over there, here's the url:

Just wanted to let you know I finally got my website fiasco straightened and have a brand new website here at Comcast: http://home.comcast.net/~shadyladyfakes/

Everything is all conveniently located in one single spot now for easy access to it and I've got 175 MB's to devote to it (technically it's spread over 7 different pages there as Comcast only allows 25 MBs for a home page per email address, but they let you have 7 email addresses, so I'm looping the other 6 pages there through the main webpage - I don't know why they won't just give you 175 MBs for a singular url rather than making me pretend to be the ficticious single "mom" of 6 ficticious children who each wanted to give me their 25 MBs of webspace there so I can get a seperate url for the main page, a seperate url for Trip, a seperate url for T'Pol, a seperate url for Trip & T'Pol together, a seperate url for other Enterprise fakes, a seperate url for Voyager fakes and a seperate url for non-Trek fakes as well as everything else (I put in sub-directories for a links, awards, recipes, and apartment pics as "everything else" there - as well as for the characters and other TV shows who don't warrant the webspace for their own seperate urls like Trip and T'Pol do - as I hope to be making many more fakes of them in the future!)

Ugh, the website itself was maddening setting up, but thank God all the links work at least and it looks like a single website if you're not paying attention to the seperate urls each running off in their own direction like tentacles on an octopus or something, LOL! But each character's link goes to their own private photo album where there's small thumbnail pictures you click on to bring up the full size version of each fake (and it does bring up the full size, no more of this needing to double-click it again stuff, I love that about that freeware photo album program I used to create the individual photo albums, not to mention the navigational links too so it's easily to operate through the photo albums).

Anyway, it's done and up and running - finally!!!! (If you're wondering why it's up at Comcast rather than where I had it earlier, I've decided to take my interest in trek (especially in TNT in particular!) seriously enough to kiss dial-up goodbye and say hello to high speed cable broadband internet instead - and oh man, does it ever feel like Heaven going from 56 kilobytes per second to 12 megabytes per second!!!!!!! I know, welcome to the 21st century, eh?)

Oh, and just a final word here about a couple of warnings regarding my site - I just want to reiterate that some of my fakes are somewhat on the racier side, so if that offends you, please don't go there. Another thing, I've put in a few links to some "shady" sites which are fine for adults but I wouldn't want children to view anymore than I'd want them looking at my racier fakes. And a caution here too, if you're a fellow fan of Chakotay-Torres like I am, please go on "no email" if you join that Yahoogroup for us C/T fans. I had to include the link for it, but it's being over-run by spam-bots trying to sell you things all day long, so just screw the emails there and read what sadly are the too few legitimate posts being made by real human beings on the website itself, thanks!

Anyway, I hope you like the new website layout and hopefully I'll be making many, many more fakes in the future to add to those. And for any webmaster of a trek website out there who wants me to post a link to your website on my links page, just let me know what its called and give me the url for it and I will be more than happy to do so! (this fantastic forum and the Triaxiansilk website itself are already linked there).

Isn't that a great feeling, to finally be connected properly? Suddenly, sites like youtube will take on a whole new significance! (Just keep an eye on the amount of bandwidth you're using if you have a limited allowance, it's amazing how fast it goes.)
