My guess would be that juvenile herbivores would taste the best. Roast yearling hadrosaur. Yum, yum. Talk about fill the freezer, too.

I would think it would be kinda expensive to domesticate them, though. Can you imagine how many tons of foliage one of those things would eat? And you'd have to pasture them in a swamp and herd 'em with airboats.

The problem with Dino's is that they're reptiles. I've eaten both crocodile and snake and both weren't exactly finger-licking stuff, so I guess we won't see any Kentucky Fried Dino anytime soon
