Gotta love the spunk (or stubbornness) of some people. Just read a bit of news from Bavaria:
A 83 year old lady, who had committed several minor traffic offenses - believed to be the result of her advanced age - was ordered by the authorities to either relinquish her driving license or deliver a doctor's certificate about her fitness for driving. She chose to return her driving license for good. She drove to the local police station gave her DL back and drove home - in her car.

Ok,
We now know why it took so long for Chapter 22 to appear. Someone who shall remain nameless but the names sounds like Alelou needs to stop power shopping on Amazon...
