Well, you could watch that review if you want to understand what the appeal is - SF Debris lays it out pretty well, even if it still doesn't make me want to watch the show.

I tried watching the review but it was BORING! From what I got before I clicked away, I did not see anything appealing about the show. The claim here is that the reason people like it is because there's a community of people who like it.

I did watch the review, but I would have to agree it was a bit plodding. I'm glad the guy feels it has value, but I certainly haven't seen enough to persuade me.
OMG, ANOTHER new chapter! NORTH STAR Chapter 28

As far as I can work out, this peer pressure is the basis for a huge amount of youth culture and fashion. :wise:

Actually the claim is the same as what SF Debris said, which is that there is quality storytelling there. The author of the article insists that the community simply makes it better, like a bunch of Star Trek nerds going to a convention. Most of the people who like it are generally either animation buffs or at least were willing enough to give something animated a try. Being an anime fan, I can relate.

I had a beloved Rubber dolly when I was five. Kept it with me at all times

During a very rugged time a nursery ryme was my one link to sanity. It kept running through my head.
