This is what they see on TV, or is this pirated junk on the web? Why not remove the original actors' voices?

It's more accurate to call this a simultaneously translated version than a dubbed one, surely?

On the plus side, I guess they can learn a little English as they watch. AND they know what the real actors sound like.

You can adjust to anything, though. I watch the season 5 stuff on the web, which is just stills and captions with some music, and it sometimes feels like a real episode. ST before the talkies came along...
