Pretty much. "Cajuns will eat anything" and "Cajuns are dumb as rocks" are the two prevailing themes. Incidentally, although some of my ancestors did hail from France, I'm not Cajun. I apologize if I stepped on any toes with these, but I have Cajun friends who think these jokes are hilarious.
