I stumbled upon a rerun the series finale of JAG the other day while channel-hopping. I bailed on that show years ago, so this is the first I've seen of it. Pretty underwhelming in my book. So Harm and Mac did decide to get married at last, but we never learn who would quit the military. A frikkin' coin-toss... Feh!

I guess Mac would do better as a civilian. Didn't she quit for a little while at one time to work for a civilian law firm?

Just submitted my first story to Triaxian Silk in a long time -since before March of this year, I think. It fells good to be writing again. And when my beta finishes editing another story I am working on, I will be submitting that too. When I was working full time, I was complaining about not having time to write. Yet I wrote many stories then. When I was laid off and had lots of free time, I was too depressed to write. Now that am working part-time, I am writing again. Go figure!

I am working on my Vulterra story but the two short stories I just did are about Vulcans and humans. One is called "Lirpa Camp" which is where Trip and T'Pol send their 14 year old son to learn to handle a lirpa. The other is called "Boys Night Out" and answers Dina's challenge to me to write a story about Trip and Soval discussing women. I had fun writing these.

Florida. Plans right now are a few days in Ft. Lauderdale, a few days in Orlando, and a drive through Largo, but they are likely to change. I wish we were in college football season so I could catch a Gators game. Man, I miss those days...
