Not all cats are affected by catnip. My cat loved it, but it made him crazy hyper before he'd settle down and fall asleep right in the middle of it.

My cat is an indoor kitty and she avoids the stuff. She'd much rather sit on top of my moniter (like right now) and have her fluffy tail get in the way.

Are you kidding! She's been in heat 6 times already and if a Tom comes to the door she HIDES under my bed. And won't come out until mama has chased the Tom away. And that's when she's screetching, when she's not in heat she just tries to chase them away herself. My kitty is weird when it comes to males.

ARGH! My computer has been overrun by a freaking virus for the last few days despite my efforts. I'm gonna go nuts. I don't want to format, but I may have no other choice. The thing is sophisticated. Everytime I try to use one of my scanners it has been shut down and rendered unusable. UGH I'm worn out

That was one of the first things I did. I booted up and all looked fine. When I rebooted after that it came back even harder disabling my scanners. It must be in my system files because it does it in safe mode now as well.

I'm trying to install Kaspersky but I can't get rid of avg even with its removal tool.

Me flailing around trying to uninstall McAfee is what killed my son's last computer, unless the hard drive also just conveniently died at the same exact time (I couldn't even reformat). It doesn't seem fair that virus protection itself becomes one of the horrors you have to deal with on your computer.

I got the warranty on my son's new computer from Staples because the salesperson assured me it would cover anything that could happen. I think I even specifically asked about viruses, but I didn't tape the conversation and God knows my memory is imperfect so who knows. Okay, so two days later my husband clicked on something he shouldn't have and downloaded one of those fake virus protection programs that are themselves viruses. (@$^%&^#%&$^) I call Staples ... but oh, no, viruses aren't covered in the warranty.



Not that their geeks struck me as particularly competent to begin with. I'll be looking for a real, independent geek this time. I'm just hoping it won't be one like my friend's ex, who would intentionally install his own spyware on the machines he 'fixed.'

And it's like you're stuck in a chronoton dispersion feild or some shite. Time flies by as you tinker and tinker. and tinker.....and tinker.... and suddenly it's next week.

I hate wasps they're horrible. They've been causing problems in my yard and I've had to get out the wasp spray to destroy their nests and more traps to get rid of them.
