Mine had been working fine for a few days now. Try resetting topics as read and forum as read. Ir sometimes misses when you respond and stops sending new ones.

That's a great suggestion, pdsldl. I've done that sometimes, not for that reason but because the topics that have "new" posts aren't ones I'm following so I do that every so often to clear everything out and not confuse myself...and now that you mention this, I wonder if those might be the occasions when things started working for me again???

Sometimes, too, I suspect it has to do with your email provider's buffer. Every so often I'll go without getting a topic reply notification, and then a crap-ton of them land in my box all at the same time, like they were being saved up or something. Odd, but at least it works, kind of lol.

Yeah I remember the days when they sold computers as something to make our lives easier and paperless (email and digital documents) but look how that's worked out. About like the new copy machines that do everything but create the original and make us slaves to technology to keep them operating.

Of all the things I wanted to spend my summer break on, this wasn't one of them. Why can't things just work? And when they DO break, why does it have to be intermittent?

PM notifications don't seem to be working again, but I am getting topic reply notifications.
