Will it work for those of us with dial-up or do I have to wait until I join the 21st century to be able to use teamspeak?

I just have this funcky echo thing going on.

Anyone have a clue why?

should work with 56k dialup jest fine.

as for the echo, try going to your volume control, clicking file > properties, make sure microphone is ticked, clicking ok, then turning mic down on that control instead.

also: try using headphones when you are talking so the speakers' sound isn't getting back into the mike's pickup and causing that freaky cumulative echo.

If anyone currently cant connect or just got disconnected (sorry T'Poptarts) it's cos I'm knee-deep in CAT5 cable trying to figure out why my 'net connection is playing up.

Turns out it was my ISP's fault. Thanks a lot, BT, next time I wanna be trancing around at 3:00am, I'll set the f***ing alarm clock!

I've just re inited the system,s o the server's online again. I had some software issues the last couple of months, but that should all be cleared up now.

UPDATE: My original software issues are now fixed. I discovered (to a mixture of amusement and horror) that the mother of all log files was sitting in my shoutcast system. This TEXT file (which we have named 'Jeffrey' (think Men In Black)) was over 1.0GB and was probably about 10000 pages long. Wow.

Well, I think I installed it correctly, but maybe not...
Clicked on Quick Connect.
Says "server not on line"

I can get in ok. Make sure you've entered the password right.
