Return of the Reply All Button!

Having just spent half an hour or so pm'img between the admins... and there are more than four of us... I got fed up with having to manually add all the other recipients. As a result I have finally managed to re-add the Reply All button. That should hopefully make thigs easier for those of us who PM between more than one person at a time.

No worries, I just got annoyed with having to check who pm's were sent to and who should be included:P

The solution was pretty simple and posted at the phpBB boards so it really wasn't any work.

Ahh that's not so bad then. It's just that it's always been there on the skin that I use, so I forgot that you guys couldn't see it.
