A unique concept, if a trifle romance-novel-ish. I guess I'm not the best one to talk about that, though, after having my work labeled as "Love Boat in Space".

I meant that the concept of a "once in 4 generations super-bond" is more like some of the stuff you might read in a grocery store romance novel than in science fiction, but that I can't throw stones because I, too, tend more toward soap-opera romance plots in my fiction.

Ah, I understood.
Well, I have no problems. I like what I like. Labels don't count.
As we say here "It isn't beautiful what is beautiful, but it is beautiful what is enjoyed."
