Can someone help me find a planet/moon?

Postby panyasan » Fri Sep 05, 2008 8:22 am

I am looking for a planet in the ST universe and maybe you could help me. I already looked at several, but still haven't found what I looking for. The problem is if you search for planets with any specification, that doesn't work.

I am looking for a planet or moon
- with a low temperature. It's cold, but not freezing cold. Any way, not a desert planet. Lots of rocks, not many people.
- it has to been in Federation space, about 1 to 3 days in reach of Earth when you travel with a warp ship of the Federation.
- If it possible with the 1 to 3 days distance, it has to be near Romulan space.
- With the possiblity of a research facility.
It is a longshot, but maybe some one has an idea for a planet or moon.

Just make one up, dear. I'm sure there are millions of 'em out there that haven't been featured in an episode. if it's barren, rocky, and has a secret research base on it, like as not no one's ever heard of it anyway except the people that need to know. Keep in mind, though, that in the Enterprise era there's no such thing as "Federation space" because the Federation hasn't been invented yet. 8)

You're right. When I was submitting the topic, I was thinking that the question was very broad and that maybe I would just go with a unknown moon. But I didn't know how to delete my question! Any way, thanks for your answer. :D I meant by Federation space the space where the Coalition has some influence, but the fun of ENT is, that not everything is very mapped.
