Anyone familiar with this site? I found it looking for Vulcan geography. I wanted to know something about bodies of water on Vulcan. Aquaculture. :)

an appropriate ingredient, don't you think?

Yeah, it's the alternate to Memory Alpha, because Memory Alpha makes a point of including only canon references and Memory Beta includes non-canon ones, such as information from novels.

It's notable. :)
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

It indicates two quite large bodies of water on Vulcan:

My mind is memory omega - the last place you'd want to look for reliable info. But it remembers hearing somewhere that there is only one sea on Vulcan. Can't remember if that was a canon source or from some novel. Anyway, there seems to be contradiction about seas on Vulcan. Could there be a lot of water way underground?

I suppose they'd have moisture farms... or wind traps that store water in sietches!

Ooops! Wrong franchises!

Hey, great idea KTR! I am going to look up info on that and perhaps use it in the next story I set on Vulcan.

Well, they're not my ideas. They're George Lucas's and Frank Herbert's.

And I will be they are not the original ideas of Lucas or Herbert either, but some scientist or inventor. :?

Perhaps. At any rate I think Lucas "borrowed" the idea from Herbert. There are many similarities between Arrakis (Dune) and Tatooine.
