It has been suggested that a challenge might liven things up around here. I was thinking a bit on the subject of stuff we hadn't done before and it occurred to me that there aren't very many crossover fics in the archives. So I thought I'd start with a list of possibilities to inspire the multi-genre fans in our midst to become writers, and then we might brainstorm plotlines.
Abrams Trek x Enterprise (since Enterprise is the only ST series not "reset" in the Abrams universe, this is very possible)
Firefly x Enterprise
Dr. Who x Enterprise
Babylon 5 x Enterprise
Star Wars x Enterprise
LOTR x Enterprise (a bit of a stretch, but I've actually seen it done, and done well)

Hmmm...I'm not real big on crossovers myself. I do have a small bit of Abrams Trek x Enterprise planned for later in Five Year Mission but it's pretty minor.

It is the first one I ever did and only because two Adventures of Sir Lancelot fans said they were also Star Trek: Enterprise fans. Otherwise, I would never have thought of even trying it. But it is cool to see that there are other cross-over stories involving Star Trek. With cross-overs, the character mix can be extensive and challenging. Maybe we could keep an updated list of fanfiction.net cross-over story categories involving Star Trek: Enterprise here.
