I think you just have to depolarize the sensors so that you can flood them with madeupium particles. That way you'll blind any detection. To be on the safe side you should also spike a plasma surge through the EPS conduits leading to the transporters, causing the faux pattern buffer to fry. Then there'd be no way to prove that the buffer had been replaced.
