Wow! Exciting stuff! This chapter has everything: ship-to-ship action, major angst, pissed off Klingons, and a testy Andorian.

Phlox was great. Very forceful. However, I'm not big on poisonous snakes. No more snakes please -- even for medicinal purposes.

I really like the relationship you're building between Archer and Darwin. They haven't moved from adversaries to best buddies over night. It's been a logical progression.

I'm really looking forward to the next chapter.

They don't have shields but they do have polarised hull plating. Now I could be wrong here, but my understanding is that you can't use the transporter when the hull plating is polarised. I guess they could depolarise the hull plating, but with the Klingons around, they probably don't want to. So if Mayweather's stunt hadn't worked, that would have been what they would have tried next.

And I do like to give Travis a bit of fancy flying occasionally.

Very exiciting chapter I liked Mayweather skilled flying to capture the andorian shuttlepod. Great to see Phlox in this chapter.And nice that Gnat got his honor by fighting against the Maco.

I just mean I can't possibly make the guy suffer as much as Drogna does. She has agonizingly realistic medically-detailed suffering by Our Man Trip down to a fine and excruciating art.

(Drogna, maybe you should take a whack at putting T'Pol through the wringer one of these days! Let Our Man Trip suffer vicariously for a change!)

Yeah! That's right! How come Hoshi is the only girl who ever gets sick or hurt? *indignant* How come the guys always have to take the hits? The only time anyone else gets hurt is when T'Pol gets a minor scratch in the line of duty and ends up looking all heroic for it. But she never gets *sick*.

Did you watch the same show as me? T'Pol had it as bad as Trip as far as all the bad stuff happening to her, like being mind-raped 3 times, for instance. And let's not forget being tied up to Archer for all that time.
