One thing I liked about that whole jazz adventure is that it showed T'Pol, even before her assignment to Enterprise, as willing to accept that chaotic, emotional human culture could produce positive fruits. It doesn't mean that she's going to run and join the V'tosh Katur, but she is, at least in private, willing to accept that good can come from humans. It's really quite foundational for her entire journey as a character.

Yeah JadziaKathryn has a way with words. But you know T'Pol wasn't the first Vulcan to see humanity's assests. Soval just hid it very, very, well. I can see him listening to human music privately as well. Lots of instrumental and meditative music.
