Romulans drink (as witnessed by the existence of Romulan Ale), thus Vulcans presumably can drink and get intoxicated too.

Port is Too sweet. But Cabernet Savingion is too dry. I like merlot for a red, and almost any white.

Know of any ports that don't taste like I've swallowed a liquid lolly-pop? The one I drank tasted like cough syrup and it was from a vinyard that makes world famous wines, and my favorite blush wine. Come to think of it blush wines are my favorite. Not syrupy and not like swallowing sandpaper. But the Port proves Vulcans don't really ban booze but the VHC was screwing things up.
