“We are looking for someone,” the Vulcan resumed, “who may be – perhaps even unknowingly – assisting in the creation of an energy weapon based on stolen Xindi technology. Naturally, he must be found, and stopped.”
Cogito opened his mouth to ask another question, but grunted as Eireann’s elbow dug into his ribs. At least she’d considerately picked a place the interrogation had missed.
“Just concentrate!” she hissed, nodding towards where a tall guy with short brown hair was looking pissed off with all the interruptions. “He’s the captain, and he’s grumpy enough already!”
Yep. Said tall captain was definitely radiating ‘grumpy.’
