I thought I'd give someone else a chance, but I guess nobody else wants to write a haiku tonight.

I liked it, but I didn't feel it was fair to guess and then make everyone wait for days while I found time and inspiration to write a response.

That's the disadvantage of this challenge format, in my view: I'm dissuaded from responding because I'm not in a position to go next.

I think it might work better from my point of view, if people were able to volunteer to go next and have the current holder choose who to hand over to. This would let people be involved without having to step into the limelight.
