When you hit "post reply" look down at the bottom of the screen in the box above the "submit" button and you'll see a bunch of boxes you can check off, including "Attach a Signature," which may already be checked as a default, and below that, "Notify me when a reply is posted." Check it, and you'll get an email every time someone replies to this thread.

Of course, you still have to check your email...
