"Find The Glitch" drabble challenge

O, HAI Image

I'm really starting to like this drabble business, so I thought I'd start a different challenge, one where making errors is not only no problem, but a requirement.

This is how it works. Whoever is up, writes a drabble and incorporates a deliberate factual error. (S)he who names the mistake, the correction and the episode is up to write the next one. :)

We'll start with something easy:

The flickering candle dimly illuminated her cabin, while she was in deep meditation. Reviewing the days events, she realized that it had been Commander Tuckers illogical argument for staying aboard had given her the means of convincing Captain Archer to ask for Captain Velik's help to save the stricken shuttlecraft. This must be the human concept of irony.

Cheers

Episode is Breaking the Ice. It is not ironical. Trips advice was about her returning to Vulcan not saving the shuttle.

The Episode is correct, but you didn't find the mistake. It says that trips argument for her staying aboard led to her finding the right words to say to Archer. The mistake is hidden somewhere else :)

Oh Lord, Something tells me a monster was born. Okay T'Pol wasn't focusing on a candle she was focusing on a piece of Pecan PIE!

But I would argue she was also NOT in a state of deep meditation. I know you men hate VOY but it did show what deep meditation looks like. And before you reply to this you all know me well enough by now that I had to say something! :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P

Okay I think this is sufficiantly devious and criminal, I happened to have liked this episode a whole lot. I know, I know, but it's true. Episode and glitches, yes plural!

“So did I say anything embarrassing?”

“In what way?”

“I don't know...”

“I am uncertain what you would consider humiliating. But you did mention being with someone named Hopping Cassidy, and Leena in New Zeland.”

“Well, that's not so bad. I wish I could remember what happened.”

“You enjoyed giving up your corporal form?”

“Well... That's just it, I don't remember. But compared to what I've been through since we shipped out it doesn't sound horrible.”

“You mean getting pregnant.”

“We agreed not to talk about that.”

“Have a pleasant evening Commander.”

Episode is "The Crossing" and the name was Lisa, not Leena

There's more than one glitch, as I said glitches, plural!

Dear, the rules said ONE error ;) But that said, I can't remember Trip giving up his corporeal form for instance. He was merely posessed :)

one where making errors is not only no problem
Errors is plural as well. There is no rule that directly states only ONE error is acceptable.

And may I suggest you read this...
TUCKER: It's not a question of where. He's no longer corporeal. But he will be again, I assure you.

Dear, which part of

hints at more than one glitch ? ;)

BTW: When did they agree not to talk about his pregnancy? She certainly did so in "Oasis" :)

Now you're just being snarky. But any good lawyer would tell you you have a loop-hole a mile wide. You did not explicitly say only one error was acceptable.
