Re: New footage?
Keep an eye out. Amazon and Borders have 40% off sales fairly regularly.
I bought my set on Ebay but I can't recommend that. The first one was pirated crap, but luckily I was able to return it. Definitely don't buy anything that claims to be a European or International version. Maybe if someone's selling a sealed version they guarantee is for the American market, which I ultimately did and it was fine. But I just can't be bothered with Ebay anymore. Seems to me the whole feedback system is rigged in favor of the big sellers who know how to finesse things and harass people who dare to say anything.

Re: New footage?
Last year Amazon had a sale and I got season 3 for $32, and shipping is free on orders over $25. That was a good deal. I find Trek DVD sets are more expensive than a lot of others, except BBC sets. Those two, naturally, are the only kind I'm willing to shell out money for. Anyway, I get Amazon emails and if I see another DVD set sale I'll mention it here.
