Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Aikiweezie wrote:My husband is a mild Trekkie. He was a HUGE Next Generation fan, but never liked Enterprise. He never gave it a chance, much like me the first time through.

He is accompanying me to our first Star Trek Con in October. In all these years I've never been to a Star Trek Con. Either because of the time or money, so this should be interesting. I've been to a Stargate Con (in Chicago last year and met Connor!), a Comicon, a Fantasy Con, several Ainme central Cons, and even a Beetlefest but it's NUTS that a life long fan as crazy as myself has never been to an official con. I CAN'T WAIT!!!! :happyjump: :happyjump:

Yeah!!! YOU WILL HAVE A BLAST!!!! My husband is a Trekkie, but I have definately surpassed him in Trekkieness. Nevertheless he likes to reminds me that he was the Trek fan first. We had a huge fight early in our marriage. He remembers clearly that I was standing between him and the TV during the big Next Generation Borg/Locutus scene shouting at him for breaking his promise to go out with me that night. At the time, I was oblivious to how big a deal that episode was. I got hooked soon thereafter. We've been to two conventions together.

I wish we had some Star Trek conventions in Europe. The last one is about five years ago and was more an inhabition. :( Maybe I could organize a TRIS convention - especially for our European members and any one who likes to come. ;-)

For a European TRIS convention: let's see: we have a member from:
- Estonia
- Russia
- Sweden
- Spain
- Germany
- Italy
- Netherlands
- France
- Scotland

Did I forget any one?

Holland seems a suitable place to have an European convention, even if Germany it's more like in the middle of all the countries, so to speak.

Although to be truly European we should do it in Luxembourg :D

That's what I thought too. They have ads all over Detroit radio.

You know you've been around here a nice long time if you need to reflexively capitalize the words "trip," "Triaxian silk," and "enterprise." And from my beta-ing, I know I'm not the only one with that problem.
