Here is a writers' convention that I am going to in Milwaukee March 7-9. I live in South Milwaukee (a separate city from Milwaukee, but only a half hour's drive from Milwaukee). If anyone wants to come to this, I can pick you up at the airport (General Mitchell Field) in Milwaukee and you could stay at my house, saving hotel room costs. We could drive in my car to the convention each day. There are some good workshops and talks and opportunities to network with other writers. Also there are opportunities to talk with agents and to get a manuscript reviewed. I'd love some company at this convention! So let me know if you are interested.

Oh, I have a five bedroom house and only my husband and I live in it. So several people could stay with us and attend this convention.

I correspond with a long-lost high school friend who is involved with this convention:

I dont' recognize those speakers (*sorry*) but I might go anyway. I would definately like to meet up with you (again) Linda if at all possible.

Whoops! You're from Milwakukee, not Minissota. Never mind . . . .

Hmm, I'll be in Australia by then as long as my visa gets here in time, which it should!, but it sounds interesting. I didn't know they *had* writer's conventions.
